In the pre-approval of the tender procurement of equipment for the upgrade and expansion units Refining DEYA of Mykonos, made the Special Management Service (ESA) the South Aegean Region.
particularly, ESA approved the declaration documents and the process by which will be launched this project, which involves supplying equipment to upgrade and expand refining units Ano Mera, to address the increased water supply needs of the region, especially during the summer tourist periods.
The proposed transaction is planned to install a new refinery unit in parallel operation with the existing two units at the existing building refinery Ano Mera Mykonos, whereby the capacity of the entire system will increase against 1.840 cubic meters / day.
The total budget of the project amounts in 396.800,00 €. It is included in the Priority Axis "Sustainable development and resource management" Operational "South Sea" Program and funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within NSRF 2014 – 2020. Beneficiary of the project is the DEYA of Mykonos.
