Due to the measures to prevent and prevent the spread of coronary heart disease, has been suspended, including, and the operation of health stores, which serve the citizens by developing table seats inside or outside the store.
With the imminent resumption of the operation of health stores, which develop table seats in common areas, as provided by the relevant provisions, COVID-19 coronal scattering rules will be imposed to limit distances, as a result, the development of table seats in the allotted common space is drastically limited, making special legislation necessary, so that the municipalities can provide additional space in the common areas in general., so that the operation of the stores becomes viable, but also to observe the prescribed distances between the table seats.
Furthermore, it is necessary to provide for the reduction of the fees for the occupation of common areas., depending on the reduction in the number of table seats, from those companies for which it will not be possible to increase the area of the common area and which according to’ expansion will be forced to reduce the number of table seats.
Furthermore, sanctions are introduced and control bodies are set up to avoid circumventing the proposed provisions.
End, by decision of the competent bodies (of the Quality of Life Committee of the relevant municipality or the relevant region, flat’ correspondence of the competent local authority) and after the publication of a study by the Technical Service, regarding the technical specifications to be followed, It is possible to prohibit the movement of vehicles on roads under the jurisdiction of the respective local authorities, for a clearly defined period of time.
