Specifically, The first decision establishes the procedure for issuing VAT application for suspension, as provided by Article 6 VAT Code (N.2859 / 2000), while the second decision concerns the settlement process already deducted tax on property subject to VAT suspension arrangements implementing.

A suspension of VAT aims to revive the real estate market and in conjunction with other, already applied settings, such as reducing the ENFIA and incentives for energy, functional and aesthetic upgrade buildings, They expected to have significant benefits for small and medium-sized properties and contribute to strengthening of all professions related to construction activity and construction industries.
