Delicious fresh pricks Stars Traditional Mykonian cheese, cinnamon and honey….

ingredients:
For the dough:
  • 1 fl.tsagiou yogurt (strained)
  • 1 fl.tsagiou butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • some salt (the nose k.gl)
  • 1/2 k.gl. sugar
  • 3,5 φλ.τσαγιού flour
For the stuffing:
  • 350 gr.fresko Mykonian cheese
  • 1,5 k.gl. cinnamon (powder)
  • 3 tbsp. honey
What are we doing:
Place in bowl all ingredients for the dough and knead well to make a soft & pliable dough that does not stick to hands (without hardened). Cover with a towel and put aside.

In a cuvette putting the filling ingredients and mix well.
